i was assign in the kitchen training in pepper lunch
i learn abt the gramage of all food items
it's seems so easy
it really lessen my job alot LOLS
the fact is
the beef there is alot of blood there
need to use bare hands
but i dont really give a damn to it xD
after that do kitchen closing
wee ming was a nice guy though =]
he helped me & explain it to me.
